Orientation Training Requirements

Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Office of Development Programs require all Orientation Training must be completed prior to working alone with an individual, and within the first 30 days from hire, as outlined in Chapter 6100.142 regulation.

This training consists of five modules that are available to access either via video or PDF.

Important information:

• Remember to record start and end times as you begin and end each training course, as you will need that information when completing the electronic training acknowledgement form.

• You must complete and submit a training acknowledgement form for each training course. 

• The completed and submitted acknowledgement form is proof of verification for completion of training.
